I decided to start this blog to document my experiences in running. I am a runner who doesn't follow some of the widely accepted practices of running. For over two years I've been running in Vibram Five Fingers and for over a year, I have taken up running on a low carb or Ketogenic diet.

I've completed multiple half and full marathons using these unorthodox methods and am constant tweaking and improving.

I don't believe there is one tried and true way to do things, and what may work for me, may not work for you, but feel free to follow me on my journey.
