#fbf to my birthday last year. When I decided to run my age and do 32 miles. My friend @briandiet was the only one to do all 32 with me. (My other awesome friends ran various sections, some more than marathon distance) In less than 24 hours, he will be running the Angeles Crest 100. Wishing him the best of a luck! I decided to start this blog to document my experiences in running. I am a runner who doesn't follow some of the widely accepted practices of running. For over two years I've been running in Vibram Five Fingers and for over a year, I have taken up running on a low carb or Ketogenic diet.

I've completed multiple half and full marathons using these unorthodox methods and am constant tweaking and improving.

I don't believe there is one tried and true way to do things, and what may work for me, may not work for you, but feel free to follow me on my journey.
