Took the new shoes out for a spin yesterday. After much debate and research, I decided to try out the @altrarunning Superior 2.0. The extra cushion will definitely be welcome during my 50 miler, but they still give a decent amount of ground feel. This week my New Balance MR00s hit 1000. They’ve done me well through weekly training, 2 full marathons, 15+ half marathons through 10 different states. Many memorable miles put in on these babies. I love minimalist running as I am not dependent on the shoe for “support” and the #vibram soles last so long.
