This week my New Balance MR00s hit 1000. They’ve done me well through weekly training, 2 full marathons, 15+ half marathons through 10 different states. Many memorable miles put in on these babies. I love minimalist running as I am not dependent on the shoe for “support” and the #vibram soles last so long. Last run of 2015. A brisk 4 miles as the sun set on another year. This run put me just over 1500 miles for the year. With all the holidays, traveling, and parties, I was doubtful but somehow was able to squeeze in 130 miles this month to hit it.
