Second run with the new shoes today. Added some extra miles to my weekly run with Lululemon run club. Kept the pace and effort low to moderate. One of my training mistakes for LAM was running many of my runs at way too high an effort. VIDEO: 2015 Rock N Roll San Francisco Half Marathon

On March 29, 2015 I ran Rock N Roll San Francisco half marathon. A beautiful morning run across the Golden Gate bridge and around the city of San Francisco.

I brought my Nabi Squared HD camera along for the run and after a bit of editing, here is my video recap of the day.

I decided to start this blog to document my experiences in running. I am a runner who doesn't follow some of the widely accepted practices of running. For over two years I've been running in Vibram Five Fingers and for over a year, I have taken up running on a low carb or Ketogenic diet.

I've completed multiple half and full marathons using these unorthodox methods and am constant tweaking and improving.

I don't believe there is one tried and true way to do things, and what may work for me, may not work for you, but feel free to follow me on my journey.
