I had such a great time pacing the Surf City half marathon yesterday. While I’m not the biggest fan of the Surf City course, the out and backs gave perfect opportunities to see and encourage friends and runners throughout. These major local races (Surf City/OC/LB) are always a great reminder of how blessed I am to be involved with the OC running community. Being able to see so many friends on the course and being able to give and receive support from start to finish makes running so much more enjoyable and fulfilling.
